Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or any indoor areas. A $400 fine will be charged if this policy is violated. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please also be aware that we do have a pet policy that allows up to two (2) pets with an additional fee of $300 per pet per stay. If you are bringing your furry friends, please notify us prior to your arrival. If you bring your service animal(s), we require you to provide the proper certification form. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
